With controlled plantation, the vertical integration system allows for full transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain. We incorporate a unified pesticide management system. Understanding the growing characteristics of the crops and the inherent laws of diseases and insects, a pesticide usage plan is only drawn as a last resort. With over 40 years of experience, we apply stringent quality control with our Taiwanese management and production team.

Giant Food's Vertical Integration System enables a fully transparent and traceable supply chain. From the field to processing to final delivery, each phase is meticulously inspected and recorded with a TBS code, equivalent to an ID number assigned to ensure traceable quality assurance. Giant Food is continually raising its standards and has consistently maintained compliance with major certifications. Our production facilities have all been awarded an A grade by BRC (British Retail Consortium), which is the highest rating according to the world-renowned food safety standards. We have received this grade every year since the standard was introduced.

Additional accreditations include ISYS, Valid-it, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Halal, and Sedex – all internationally recognized and respected.

Social compliance is an integral part of our business strategy, with the goal of providing safe and appropriate working conditions in our production facilities while promoting worker participation in cultural and social well-being activities. Our social responsibility also extends to communities near our farmlands, where we have initiated development projects.
