Key Milestones
1976: Started the first export business by selling fresh garlic, onions, asparagus, etc., to Japan. 1979: Commenced frozen operations, opening up opportunities outside the region in Europe and the US 1989: Established a frozen operation factory in Shantou and a sales office in Hong Kong. 1992: The factory in Dong Shan began operations, producing canned asparagus. 2002: The second frozen factory in Jiangsu went into operation. 2010: Opened a purpose-built food processing factory in Shandong, aiming to be closer to the agricultural center and managing frozen, canned, and dehydrated food under one site. 2012: Collaborated with Unilever on dehydrated vegetables using patented drying technology. 2018: Obtained sustainable certification for over 90% of vegetables. 2019: Opened a new production facility for shelf-stable udon and noodles. 2025: Launched Sakura’ya and Hanna’s Delight ramen meal kits and ready-to-eat product lines. Expanded operations with the addition of a 20,000 m² cold storage facility and a new freeze-dry production line.
